About Us:
Nexgen Sports Academy is one of the fastest-growing academies in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Coach to lead our football coaching team, inspire young players, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct structured training sessions for players aged 4–16, aligned with Nexgen’s football curriculum.
• Drive squad development with the goal of achieving strong results in competitive tournaments and leagues.
• Plan, organize, and execute academy camps, events, and tournaments successfully.
• Identify and establish after-school/in-school programs, ensuring their success and growth.
• Manage and mentor coaching staff, ensuring quality and consistency across sessions.
• Monitor player development, prepare reports, and communicate progress effectively with parents.
• Build and maintain strong parent relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Contribute to strategic planning and overall academy growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid football coaching certification (UAE FA / AIFF / UEFA Licence).
• Certificate or strong knowledge in Sports Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience at youth academy/school level.
• Proven experience in leading squads and achieving competitive results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about football, youth development, and community growth.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid First Aid Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support squad development and contribute to achieving positive results in tournaments.
• Assist in planning and executing academy camps, events, and leagues.
• Contribute to academy operations, administration, and parent engagement.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and an enjoyable learning environment during sessions.
• Track player progress and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Support new initiatives such as after-school and in-school programs.
• Maintain a professional, approachable attitude with players, parents, and colleagues.
• Be flexible to support academy administration and operations in addition to coaching duties.

Requirements

• Valid football coaching certification (UAE FA / AIFF / UEFA Licence).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience coaching children or youth (academy/school level).

• Conduct structured badminton training sessions for children and youth aged 4 to 16 years, as well as recreational adults.
• Develop players’ technical, tactical, and physical abilities in line with modern badminton coaching standards.

• Support academy programs, events, and tournaments.
• Foster discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship in all sessions.
• Build strong relationships with players and parents by maintaining open, professional communication.
• Contribute to new initiatives such as after-school/in-school programs and badminton camps.
• Be flexible to support academy administration and operations in addition to coaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid badminton coaching certification (BWF / Badminton Association of India / equivalent recognized authority).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience coaching children or youth (academy/school/club level).
• Strong knowledge of badminton training techniques and tournament preparation.
• Certificate or basic knowledge in Sports Management preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• First Aid Certification.
