Nexgen Sports Academy is growing, and we’re on the lookout for passionate and qualified Football Coaches to join our dynamic coaching team. If you’re enthusiastic about youth development, committed to excellence, and ready to make a difference through sport — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
. Conduct structured training sessions for various age groups (4 to 16 years)
. Develop players’ technical, tactical, and physical skills in line with Nexgen's curriculum
. Maintain discipline, safety, and high energy during all sessions
. Monitor player progress and prepare term-based reports
. Support academy events, leagues, camps, and tournaments
. Communicate with parents and maintain a professional, approachable attitude

Requirements:

. Valid football coaching certification (UAE FA/ AIFF / UEFA Licence)
. Certificate / Strong Knowledge in Sports Management
. Minimum 1–2 years of experience coaching children or youth (academy/school level)
. Strong communication and leadership skills
. Passionate about football and child development
. Flexible to work evenings and weekends
. First Aid Certificate
